Как выбрать лучший нож охотника

Угол заточки охотничьего ножа «Гербер» выполнен не только в соответствии с целевым назначением изделия, но и с точки зрения научного подхода – с соблюдением оптимального угла граней (полный угол заточки):
- Для обеспечения высокой стойкости к затуплению – 40-45С.
- Для максимальной остроты изделия – 30-35С.
- Для отделения филе – 10-15С.
- Охотничьи универсальные – 20-30С.
Для разного типа клинков требуются разные точильные принадлежности, поэтому охотничьи модели ножей «Гербер» производятся в комплекте с точилом в ножнах, по характеристикам соответствующих свойствам инструмента. Параметры угла заточки указаны в паспорте изделия.
